~The Tenno have wandered a fair distance away from Lua, having just passed
the halfway point to the end of their path, nearly 700km from Sanctuary. Their squad leader has brought them
this far, now all that remains is to find the first set of enemy forces~

Disruptis:
Powerful legs
ground into the cliff-side, scratching the stone as they ascended. Disruptis climbed up the face quickly,
reaching the top in about two minutes. Instead of pulling himself up however, he gripped on to the edge with
a cat-hang. He shifted his warframe’s weight to his right arm as he tasked the other with reaching
into the merigold folds of his black cloak. The Limbo had been awake for a long time and was quite
old-school, perferring codex scanners over Symaris’s enhanced and cutting-edge synthesis toolset. He
retrieved one and used it to look through rocky cliff-face and locate the positions of nearby enemies, for
the Tenno wasn’t too keen on face-checking.

Kapak:
Kapak leaned his
figure against the rocks below Disruptis, watching him to see if he signaled anything.
Muro:
Muro crouches alongside Kapak, Zarr drawn,
eyeing Disruptis carefully, ready to spring upwards when given the order.
~There is a Scorch and four Elite Lancers standing on the landing platform above
the Tenno. Their voices can be faintly heard above the group on the platform above them:

"Gar, krafe kley peremeter. Wey doht waht tre be kot kof gard!"
Grineer
2:
"Ahgre snopehr uhn posishun?"
Grineer 1:
"Yhos. Sekehr unets spotter tenno ah
ways kof urom eere. Wey ahve toom."~
Disruptis:
The Limbo turned
his audio transmitters off and switched to electronic communications.
“One
torch, four top-lance on top of the pad. They probably have overwatch somewhere too,” he reported, the tone of his voice portraying a seriousness the Tenno hadn’t shown
yet, “Muro, you sneak around to the left behind the spire of rock and
climb it. Take out anyone on top as quietly as you can. It doesn’t look like we’re exactly the
stealthiest fighters, but I’d like to take out the more annoying pieces before we light up our
guns.” With a glance, he eyed Kapak’s current loadout. “Or… fists... Void, remind me never to fight you Kappa,” he added in a more light-hearted tune.
“So, this is
the plan. Muro climbs the rock and secures it. Once he’s green, I need you, Kappa, to chuck a larva
onto this platform so we cluster them together. Then I’ll void dash into them, knocking them off the
cliff. As soon as we start, Muro tunnel-visions for anyone on the field holding a scope. At this point
we’ll have a brawl so Kappa, leap in and take out anyone on the ground. Any suggestions?”

The burly Nidus
shivered for a moment at the mention of Grineer flame units, but quickly regained composure.
“Sounds like a plan to me,” Kapak agreed, popping
the last of his block of cheese into his mouth.
Muro:
Muro looks up at the tall rock formation,
slowly holstering his Zarr and pulling out his Fragor.
"No questions here. Ready when you are."
Disruptis:
“Perfect,” Disruptis affirmed, “also I’d like you to lemme know
if you see anyone else on the plateau or bridge once you get up.” He softly
punched Muro’s arm with a playful re-assurance. “Get goin’
man.”
Kapak:
“Yeah.” He gave Muro a two fingered salute and stood by.

Muro:
Muro chuckles, grinning from within his
frame. "Roger."
Muro stays low,
moving around the column of rock. Once out of the assumed sight line of the Grineer, He transfers out of his
frame and void dashes to the top of the column, remaining in void mode once he lands (-5 AP, 1 movement, 1
transference, 2 void dash, 1 void mode ).
He looks around the top of the rocks, amp kept
ready to deal with any hostiles. (-1 AP).
Disruptis
Disruptis
retrieved the quartakk off his back and crouched low next to the cliff-face. He slid out the rifle's
magazine in a carefully controlled movement and counted the bullets. 84 rounds: enough for 21 shots. The
Limbo smiled inwardly, locking the ammo back in place with a quiet click. He stood by for Muro's
report. (7 AP)
Kapak:
Kapak yawned and
cracked his knuckles, small boney protrusions sticking up from the skin on his knuckles. He began to grow an
infested fetus within his forearm and mix in the correct combination of pyramidines to grow it into a
tentacled larvae.

Lancers all standing at the ready, scanning the area. The Ballistas are standing along the posts of the
railings, taking cover, while the Heavy Gunner and Lancers are spread out, covering all directions~

Conducting a quick visual scan of the area, Muro
noticed the larger group of Grineer. His eyes widened. Transferring back to his frame, Muro ducked down,
trying to stay out of sight. (-2 AP, 1 transferrence, 1 take cover)
"Disruptis, we have a problem. The four on the platform have friends. two with
sniper rifles, four more of those "top lances" you mentioned, and a tall skinny one,
carrying a heavy gun. They're on the other platform, higher up. I'd say they're the bigger
issue between the two groups. Any Ideas?" Muro carefully slides his hammer
back into his holster, then reaches for his gratakas, anticipating a ranged firefight. (-2 AP, 1 weapon holster, 1 weapon draw)

“Oh? Alright then, this is what we
need to do,” Disruptis replied, “same
thing as before, but you take a pre-emptive strike with your water missiles as soon as we execute and try to
knock out both snipers. From there you can keep firing from the cover of that pillar, and I’ll throw
Kappa and I in the rift to safely close the distance on the remaining half-wits after our attack
here.” The Limbo flexed his hands by grabbing the fingers of each of them
and pulling back. “Is everyone ready to kick some grineer
pedestal?” (7AP stalling for next round)
Kapak:
“Super ready! The quicker we deal with
these copycat bozos, the sooner I can go and watch the Index match. Its Zenith Galactical again!”
Kapak’s arm opened up like a pair of tongs, revealing a angrily squirming,
octopus looking infested mass struggling within.

~The Grineer squad is still blissfully unaware of the Tenno
presence in the area, however, after Muro returned to the group and while the squad was conversing their
strategy, the soldiers on the main platform had begun moving to rejoin their partners on the level above
them. Moving towards the hole in the wall opposite to the Tenno. the Grineer squads back is turned to them
as they make their way towards the door~

Disruptis:
Disruptis heard
the sound footsteps of grineer soldiers as he finished talking. Whipping out his scanner again, he observed
the troops already moving out away from them. He cursed in an indiscriminate language.
“Okay, new plan and we don’t have time to waste,” he hurriedly announced as he reached for the Guandao on his back. “Ground squad just moved out. I’ll move to play a little game with it and
shield myself in the rift.” The Limbo grabbed the pole-arm with one hand
and held it behind him, crouching low. “While they’re distracted
with me, Kappa you let your home-grow loose on the bridge to gather the enemies there. Then Muro follows up
with the wrath of a desert’s monsoon.”
Without another
moment’s hesitation, Disruptis launched himself up the cliff. Before the Grineer even realized what
was happening, the Tenno bounded the distance between them, using both hands to joust with his
guandao… held backwards? (3 AP) He drove the spike-end of his pole-axe straight into the midsection
of the Scorch’s chest. (1 AP) As his weapon pierced its target, Disruptis jumped, spun around, and
leapt off of the enemy’s head, sending himself into the rift at the moment of launch (1 AP). Rising
into the air again, he deployed a carefully executed wave of rift-energy, trapping the Scorch and two of the
other lancers in the alternate plane (1 AP). Finally, as he came back down, Disruptis swung his guandao
axe-downwards onto the head of one of the lancers. (1 AP)
Kapak:
"Okay, sure thing my man,"
Kapak said with a yawn, checking the boney growths on his hands.
"O-oh muck," *he stuttered immediately afterwards as he realized that they were
executing their plan now. (-1 AP, 1 not paying attention) He awkwardly climbed upwards, pulling himself
upwards as fast as possible, falling forwards onto the bridge with a brilliant display of clumsiness. (-1
AP, 1 clumsiness) Kapak thrust forward his currently split open arm, releasing the small shrieking squid
onto the platform where it flopped around, drinking in nutrients from the ancient Orokin rubble and moon
rock minerals, its tentacles reaching out to ensnare whatever living organisms it could grab nearby. (-5 ap,
3 shooting forth squid baby, 2 squid baby grabs snacks)

Muro:
Muro stiffened, listening to Disruptis's
opening attack on the ground squad. he wasn't quite convinced going after them first was the best idea,
but it was a little late to worry about that now. Disruptis' orders were a tad cryptic, but Muro got the
gist. Standing up so as to have a clear shot of the squad, Muro began to charge Tempest Barrage, aiming it
in the center of the squad. (-7 AP, charging Tempest Barrage, -5 SP)

The shaft of the Guandao caused
significant damage, redering his right arm essentially useless due to the pain. As Disruptis lept off his
head, he sent the Soldier tumbling to the ground.

By the time the rift wave hit him, he was already
on the ground. He simply moved his right arm, holding the ignis, and repositioned it so teh barrel of his
weapon was pointed in the Tenno's direction, and squeezed the trigger, sending a wave of flame to engulf
the now dead Lancer and Limbo in front of him.

Disruptis:
Flames leapt up
from Disruptis’s frame, licking the air as if seething with an unquenchable thirst. The Limbo gave a
small, twisted chuckle. He brought his guandao up in an speedy underhanded swing, knocking the second
lancer’s weapon away and slicing his hands a little in the process (1 AP). Disruptis landed a forceful
kick to the grineer’s gut, knocking the wind out of him and sending him flying into the fourth lancer
behind him. At the same time, he canceled his new projectile’s access to the rift, bringing the
grineer back into the material plane. (1 AP) Fastening his grip on his deadly pole-arm, the Tenno swung
again. This time he swept the feet of the third lancer up into the air, bringing himself into the material
plane just as the pole connected. (1 AP) Using the momentum of that same swing while his enemy fell,
Disruptis brought his blood-stained upper blade around and straight down onto his unfortunate
opponent’s neck. The graceful maneuver was accomplished within a second. (1 AP)
Not wasting
another drop of a credit, Disruptis whipped around, charging another wave of rift energy within his palm. He
rapidly extended it towards the two remaining grineer, blasting them in a wave of fresh hot entrance to the
other plane. (1 AP) He took a moment to glance over and see what his companions were up to, and was not
disappointed to see a vile mass of tentacles bundling together some grineer sushi as artificial rain
cascaded down in beautiful sheets of water. He lingered on the sight with a slight longing, for one of the
things he enjoyed most was sitting under the pressure of a good storm. (1 AP) As he watched, Disruptis
snapped his fingers unnecessarily while causing the trapped grineer to surge with rift energy. Extra layers
of purple light surrounded them as the bottled energy enveloped their bodies, brimming with power. [[Rift
surge if you didn’t understand]] (1 AP)
Kapak:
*Kapak ran forward towards the ball writhing
mass of Grineer and flesh, leaping into the air and slamming his feet into the ground, sending a stream of
technocytic mycelium through the floor. The strands coleasced into jagged spikes that erupted below the
larva’s orgy of clones. The spikes pierced through the crowd, and Kapak continued to send more and
more waves of razors sharp infested spines through the ground into them. He could feel his energy being
restored with every strike, his mycelial network leaching nutrients from his enemies every time. (7 ap, 1
running front flip styling on em, 6 virulences)

Muro:
Taking the time to assess the battlefield, Muro
quickly redirected his fully charged Tempest Barrage before firing it, aiming it instead at the larger squad
(-1AP, adjusting aim for attack). As he charged his attack, a surging ring of water emerged and grew around
him, generated by the Hydroid's own energy. With his eyes set on the squad who were still struggling
with Kapak's assault, he forcefully clenched his fist, sending the gathered water flying high above the
intended targets. The water arced in the air before crashing down on the disoriented squad in volley after
volley of aquatic missiles. (-5 AP, fully charged Tempest Barrage, -5 energy). As the torrential
attack slammed into the larger Grineer squad, Muro trains his Gratakas on the squad, ready to pick off any
surviving members. (-1 AP, aim secondary weapons.)

Elite Lancer 2
He screams when he loses his hands before passing out as the Limbo
kicks him backwards into th elegs of his companion. He he ultimately succumbs to the poor engineering behind
his body which results in death by severe blood loss from his hands
Elite Lancer 3
the bullets he continues to fire have no effect on the Limbo, and before he realized what
happened, his life was ended as his weight forced a decapitation on the blade of the Guandao
Elite Lancer 4
The Lancer keeps firing at Muro until until his companion bumps into his legs, knocking him off balance briefly. Upon
recovering, he takes aim once more

“Nice, nice, nice!” Disruptis commended, clapping his hands to applaud Muro and Kapak. “You guys form the best synergy I’ve seen in a
while!”
The Limbo snapped his fingers again, freezing the remaining
grineer in place. He returned his guandao to his back, locking it in place with a click. He twirled around
on one foot and nonchalantly sauntered up to the poor lancer. He placed an arm on the enemy’s shoulder
and leaned onto him, also bringing up his hand to point at the trooper with his index finger and thumb
extended. “I still have one more here chilling out, anyone want the
honours?”

Muro:
Muro grinned beneath his helmet, admiring his and
Kapak's handiwork. As brutal as it was, that was one effective group attack, especially for a group who
never fought together before. He turned towards Disruptis, appreciating his applause and comments. He
had handled himself masterfully as well, his attacks seeming like a well choregraphed dance in comparison to
his and Kapak's heavy-handed assault. It was only then that Muro noticed the Grineer soldier Disruptis
was leaning on.
"Oh, let me take care of that one." Muro started to put his Gratakas away, swapping them out for his beloved Fragor. "You uh, may want to step back though." He said to
Disruptis, chuckling all the while.
Kapak:
Kapak sauntered over
to the rest of his allies, his hands behind his back.
“Well done, well
done!” he exclaimed enthusiastically to the two other Tenno. “What’d I tell ya, easy as pie.” He smiled and
cracked his knuckles. “A shame Grineer are always so unhealthy.
Wasn’t able to absorb any meaningful vitamins or minerals. Pffft!”
Kapak stretched his arms once more, resting them on the back of his head, relaxing to watch
whatever demise was headed for this poor Grineer.

Disruptis:
Disruptis stepped
to the side, making way for Muro. He tucked his left arm behind his back and extended his right, preparing a
finger snap.
“I’ll drop the rift right when you wind up your
swing.” Disruptis declared. Taking note of the distance to the
cliff’s edge, he judged that the soldier would at least make it to the gap. “If you can make his express flight crash into the wall over there,”
he pointed at the sheer rock face across the gap between it and their current
location, “I’ll give you five plat.”
Kapak:
"Bullhonky! With a Fragor he could launch
that Grineer into orbit and hit Frohd Bek who's in his office relaxing!" Kapak pointed at the top of the cliff face, where more Orokin architecture sat. His gnarled
finger traces the air, outlining the golden arch. "Hit that golden
piece of metal 'n I'll give you 20."
Muro:
"Hm, tough call." Muro rested his
Fragor on his free shoulder, eying both potential targets. In terms of raw distance, the cliff was farther,
but archway would technically be a more impressive shot. He turned and nodded to Kapak.
"Alright Kapak, you're on!" Muro walked
around to the opposite side of the frozen Grineer, so that its eyes, still wide with fear, faced his
executioner. Muro stood about eight feet away from the Grineer, easing his hammer off his shoulder
into both of his hands. Shifting his grip to maximize the torque of his swing, he began to stride up to the
Grineer, raising his hammer and rotating his torso in preparation. Making eye contact with the Grineer, he
offered his condolences.
"Sorry pal, but this is really gonna hurt.
" His voice was mirthful, yet malicious. There was not a hint of genuine
remorse. As he got within proper strike range, he swung his Fragor as hard as he could, bringing his hammer
low and arcing upward. A single finger snap could be heard, a fraction of second before the hammer
connected. The head of the hammer hit just below the chest plate of the Grineer, causing the armor to
crumple inward as the force of the blow began to lift the soldier off the ground. The swing was finished as
Muro completed his stride, launching his hapless target at the high arch.

(Sorry, stuff got crazy for a few days. AHEM)
Muro:
Muro wasn't sure if his aim would have held up
after all that time in stasis, but it appeared he hadn't lost much. The initial blow had knocked
the wind from the hapless Grineer, who was now well past half dead and sailing through the air. His death
would be mercifully quick, as Muro'a aim was a tad low. Rather than hitting the the archway squarely,
the grineer flew just high enough for the back of his head to slam into the arch, killing him
instantly and causing a satisfying, gong-like tone to ring forth from the metallic structure. Muro rested
his Fragor upon his shoulder once again, nodding in approval. He leaned back, looking towards
Kapak.
"And that sound, my friend, means you owe me some
platinum." *Muro's tone was jovial, if slightly smug. Turning fully around to face his squad
mates, he asks excitedly. "So! what's next?"

fist to his mouth and cleared his throat. “Well, technically you
didn’t go for the wall soooooo….” he said jokingly manner. He

The Limbo held out his arm. An holographic projection popped
up with his communications interface. With a couple taps, he brought up his direct messaging with
Mataeru. “Hey Mataeru! That trash has been taken out and quite
spectacularly dropped into the dumpster,” he said, watching the grineer
finish his fall to the deep chasm floor below. “Should we head
back?”
Mataeru:
A reply message pops up into Disruptis'

"Good work. Return to Sanctuary when you are ready, but keep an eye out for any more
hostiles."
Disruptis:
“Nice nice, we’ll be right
there.” Disruptis replied, terminating the connection by closing his hand. “Alright squad!
We’re moving back to base. Unless you somehow smell something else here Kappa. Which I’m not
sure is a thing you can do, but I honestly wouldn’t be surprised.”
The Limbo moved to
walk in the direction they came from.

Kapak:
“MUCK! Just my luck. All those years
gambling with Obsidian Dice didn’t teach me anything!” He grumbled, crossing his arms in a big
infested pout.
He turned towards Disruptis and splayed his arms out in exasperation.
“Do I LOOK
like a Kubrow to you? I can’t sniff out enemies directly!” He scratches his chin. “Well I
mean, maybe if you perforated they leg or arm, then I could track their blood a little bit...”
Muro:
Muro bellowed out a laugh at Kapak's
frustration. "Well, maybe they should have a rule for betting against
Tenno!" Muro didn't know much more about the bizzare Nidus'
abilities than Disruptis, so as far as he knew it could be possible. Holstering his Fragor once more,
he strode after Disruptis, content to end the mission for today.
